UFO Cocktail:
your new favourite summer drink
In the mood to try something new? Is that sizzling summer sun calling for a refreshing, playful cocktail that’s just a little different from the usual mojito or gin & tonic? Time for a fresh breeze. Or better yet… an intergalactic gust. 🛸
The UFO Cocktail is our most cheerful creation to date: bright blue, with a zesty ginger kick, refreshingly citrusy, and finished with a handful of Frisia UFOs that turn your glass into a mini party. Perfect for anyone who loves a cocktail with character!
🌴 The recipe for a summer party in a glass
UFO Cocktail
You’ll need:
- 45ml Blue Curaçao
- 30ml vodka
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 5ml ginger liqueur or 1 teaspoon ginger juice
- 120ml tonic / club soda / sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves
- Frisia UFOs
How to make it:
1. Fill your glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the Blue Curaçao, vodka, lemon juice, and ginger liqueur.
3. Top up with tonic or sparkling water and stir gently.
4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and… it’s UFO time!
✨ Serve the UFOs on the side in a small bowl for a crunchy surprise, or let them float in your drink for a colourful, playful twist.
